We offer counseling for individuals and couples in-person or via telehealth. Counseling is a great place to begin learning new ways of relating, both with yourself and others. Check out our specialties below. Contact us for a free consultation or to schedule your first appointment!

Individual Counseling

Many people feel lost in this world. We take on the roles and responsibilities and lose ourselves in the process. We become whom we think others want us to be or who we're supposed to be. Individual counseling is a space for self-discovery and change. Together, we can take the journey towards rediscovering the authentic you and facing any challenges that get in the way.

I specialize in the following individual areas:

  • Post-Religious counseling

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Self-Esteem

  • Men struggling with infidelity and men's issues

  • Mom guilt and women's issues

  • Moving on after a divorce/breakup

Couples Therapy

It is not couples who never fight who have the best relationships, but rather those who fight and repair. Learning to fight more healthily and repair with your partner can create a stronger and more dynamic relationship. Often the challenges are a result of unskilled arguments and misunderstandings. These things become a pattern, and the distance within the relationship grows. Eventually, you may not even recognize the person you sleep with every night. But, it's not too late for you.

I specialize in the following couples areas:

  • Healing after infidelity

  • Communication

  • Parenting

  • Pre-Marital

  • Ethical Non-Monogamy

  • Military couples

Group Therapy

Group therapy consists of 6-8 participants with similar problems and goals. Groups allow us to see and experience ourselves through the eyes of others. Group therapy is a collaborative process where we work as a community to see, hear, and understand ourselves and each other. It is an opportunity to explore and process your challenges and the challenges of other group members. You will also likely find solidarity when connected with others going through similar experiences. Group can also be an affordable alternative to individual therapy. Groups are based on interest and availability.

I offer support groups for:

  • Mom's who are struggling

  • Pandemic support

  • Post-divorce support

Good Faith Estimate

Health care providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges to uninsured and self-pay individuals upon request or at the time of scheduling services.
