Maybe you’re caught in a cycle of arguments that seem to go nowhere, or you’re shutting down because it feels like there’s nothing more you can do or say that’ll make things better. You might be giving so much of yourself that you don’t even know what you need anymore. At the end of the day, you want so much more than to just keep going through the motions.

Here's the thing: none of this means you're broken, and none of this is hopeless. It just means things aren't working how they should be, and it’s okay to ask for help. Together, we can get to the root of what’s not working and find a way through.​

Since I’m naturally a nonjudgmental, compassionate person, it allows me to show up for you as a therapist in a way that’s personal and intentional. I see you for all that you are, not just what’s going on in your life right now and I believe you're so much more than your current struggles.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to show up as your true self—no matter how complicated your relationships are—to heal, feel, and face whatever challenges life has thrown at you. I’m here to support you without judgment, as a person and a therapist.

I’m an attachment-based therapist, which means I see most issues through the lens of relationships—whether that’s with yourself or with others. Our attachments are wired into us at a survival level, and when those bonds feel threatened, our nervous system reacts like it’s a matter of life or death. By looking at your experiences through this lens, we can validate your feelings as totally human and work together to untangle those reactions without any shame.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): EMDR can help you process deeply rooted trauma by using bilateral stimulation to help your brain process memories in a healthier way. This powerful method allows you to stay grounded in the present while reprocessing past trauma. Emotionally Focused Therapy & Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFT & EFIT): I use EFT and EFIT to help couples and individuals shift how they communicate and connect. Whether it’s learning how to reduce conflict or communicating more openly, I help you understand your emotional triggers and what’s beneath them. We’ll work to strengthen your relationships and make sure you're able to show up for yourself and the people you care about in a way that feels safe and supportive.

Attachment-Based: As a therapist, I look at everything through an attachment lens, which means I focus on how your relationships—both with yourself and others—shape how you feel and react. Whether we’re talking about your relationship with your partner, family, or even yourself, understanding the way you connect with people helps us make real changes in how you communicate, feel supported, and handle challenges.
